Lead global compensation strategy for the supply chain organization, designing and administering compensation policies and programs that ensure competitive positioning for both hourly and salaried roles. Serve as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to global HR and supply chain leaders, overseeing benchmarking, annual compensation planning, pay banding, data integrity in HR systems (Workday), and analytics to address retention and organizational gaps worldwide.
