Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage delivery of project milestones from inception to implementation for strategic, regulatory, mandatory, BAU, or streamlining initiatives in Operations; ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • •Actively manage project portfolio conflicts, including scheduling embargos, resource management, and delivery risk.
  • •Ensure ongoing stakeholder engagement and relationship management with Process Owners, Regional/Function Heads, and regional S&CD stakeholders.
  • •Log and monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests in Clarity to limit risk to deliverables.
  • •Own site-level ISO migration planning and governance, harmonize interlocking schedules with internal and external teams, and act as first point of contact within the ISO Programme Team.

Key Requirements

  • •A solid understanding of ISO 20022, payments, and SWIFT messages.
  • •Fluent English and Spanish (verbal and written) for communication with global and regional stakeholders.
  • •Proven track record in change management within a large organization.
  • •Experience with process flow documentation and mapping.
  • •Knowledge of operational trade lifecycle and ability to manage transformation projects with Operations and IT.
