Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design team to deliver innovative, high-quality engineering solutions.
  • •Manage engineering/design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • •Provide technical guidance to design and engineering teams, and develop/enforce design standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • •Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure designs meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, policies, and procedures.
  • •Excellent knowledge of material engineering properties and the ability to organize preparation and oversight of technical drawings.
  • •Project management knowledge.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
