Key Responsibilities

•Customer Solution Development: Build and deploy tailored solutions by translating customer institutional knowledge into scalable, technology-enabled workflows.
•Product Collaboration: Partner closely with product and engineering teams to test features, identify high-impact use cases, and contribute ideas for new product capabilities. Act as a translator between customer needs and technical execution.
•Customer Engagement & Enablement: Support customer-facing teams on calls and demos, educate users on product capabilities, validate use cases, and drive successful adoption.
•Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate across product, engineering, and GTM teams to continuously improve the product and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
•Bridge between legal practitioners and technical teams to translate workflows into impactful product capabilities.

Key Requirements

•JD or equivalent legal qualification and licensed to practice law
•Ability to manage matters independently
•Strong user of AI tools with a mindset to scale impact
•Entrepreneurial, highly adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
•Excellent communication skills bridging legal and technical audiences
