Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and operationalize compliance policies and procedures covering ethics, export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, and conflicts of interest.
  • •Conduct internal investigations and manage compliance hotline monitoring, responses, resolutions, and reports.
  • •Advise the People Team and business partners on employment law matters across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance, accommodations, leaves, investigations, discipline, and terminations.
  • •Manage employment-related claims and litigation matters, including administrative charges, demand letters, arbitrations, disputes, and related discovery/e-discovery processes.
  • •Collaborate across functions to assess legal and business risk and provide practical dispute-resolution recommendations while managing outside counsel and legal budgets as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law
