Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the development of the client base while increasing traffic, market share and overall profitability
  • •Ensuring an exceptional and consistent customer experience across the entire client journey, in line with brand standards
  • •Acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring a premium and consistent product presentation within the boutique
  • •Implementing Audemars Piguet’s retail strategy, guidelines, processes and tools in daily operations
  • •Planning, organizing and actively participating in events to develop client relationships and strengthen brand presence

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, including significant leadership responsibilities
  • •Fluent in Thai and English
  • •Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and elevate team performance
