Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, conducting complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering needs while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs and Online and Mobile banking, to enhance their service experience.
  • •Support outbound calling and the team sales process by checking for client offers and identifying needs or opportunities through referrals or fulfillment.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
  • •Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training, follow internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
