Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the 1.0 million sq. ft. greenfield project.
  • •Set project objectives, milestones, budgets, timelines, and execution strategies; drive on-time decision-making and resolution of project challenges.
  • •Develop and monitor detailed schedules and critical path activities; implement project controls and reporting mechanisms.
  • •Oversee design development through execution, coordinating architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors; manage design changes and their impacts.
  • •Lead contractor/vendor selection and contract performance, manage commercial reviews and procurement schedules, and ensure statutory approvals and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • •20+ years of relevant experience delivering large-scale commercial, mixed-use, or corporate real estate developments.
  • •Proven experience as Project Director/Project Head (or equivalent) leading project execution.
  • •Must have successfully managed at least 2-3 projects of 0.5 million sq. ft. or larger.
  • •Greenfield development experience is mandatory, with ability to work full-time from the project site in Whitefield, Bangalore.
