Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the main onsite point of contact for Candlelight events and staff, communicating with the Fever Originals manager.
  • •Set the staffing roster and schedule, coordinate reschedules with the staffing agency, and ensure staff are trained in their duties.
  • •Manage event operations including ticket validation support, guest seating/candle setup, guest lists, and event opening/closing remarks.
  • •Transport event supplies to/from venues using uHaul, with alternative transport arrangements if needed.
  • •Manage supplies/inventory and printing needs, assist with venue walk-throughs occasionally, and provide weekly reporting to Fever Originals Project Managers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in event management and/or a relevant degree (preferred).
  • •Interest and passion for live music and organizing events.
  • •Exceptional customer service skills and ability to represent Fever and Candlelight professionally.
  • •Experience leading an on-site team.
  • •Knowledge of AV and PA systems (desirable).
