Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  • •Transport loads safely and in a timely manner along required routes while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • •Maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas and follow loading crew signals.
  • •Assist with loading/unloading and maintain delivery paperwork including invoices and bills of lading.

Key Requirements

  • •Must hold either a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or a chauffeur’s license appropriate for the weight of vehicle operated, depending on state requirements.
  • •Pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state DOT regulations and be subject to a 10-panel drug screen.
  • •Pass a DOT physical, as trucks driven are over 10k lbs.
  • •Be at least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle.
  • •Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and handle prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab.
