•Translate Lumen Validated Designs into customer-centric activation experiences including narratives, demos, workshops, webinars, proof-of-value, and enablement assets.
•Build and deliver customer stories focused on business outcomes, buyer personas, and real-world use cases.
•Design, build, and present interactive demos that show how solutions work across end-to-end architecture.
•Bring stage presence to customer sessions and seller enablement, facilitating conversations with technical and business audiences.
•Partner cross-functionally to shape activation strategies, incubate go-to-market motions, and refine repeatable enablement frameworks using customer feedback and AI tools.

•Proven ability to present to customers, facilitate high-impact conversations, and connect technical capabilities to business outcomes through storytelling.
•Strong technical fluency to understand complex platforms, architectures, integrations, and translate them into simple customer messaging.
•Experience building and delivering demos, workshops, proof-of-value engagements, webinars, enablement programs, or go-to-market motions at scale.
