Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain Corporate Trust client relationships, reviewing and accepting new relationships based on account acceptance policies
  • •Provide quality service aligned to client needs, resolve problems quickly, and manage disputes effectively
  • •Coordinate operational changes within the unit and take steps to mitigate business risks and operational challenges
  • •Collaborate with business development officers as a partner for existing and prospective client conversations
  • •May manage staff, including hiring and training, and may be responsible for meeting revenue, new business, and expense goals
