•Lead the pricing & profitability strategy for Cross Border Trade with ownership over the P&L.
•Build and defend solid business cases, identifying value levers and trade-offs between growth and profitability.
•Analyze and optimize the economic structure of the business and pricing initiatives (commissions, incentives, shipping fees) to align with business objectives.
•Lead end-to-end initiatives with commercial, product, finance and operations teams, ensuring execution excellence.
•Generate actionable insights and present clear, structured recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
