Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall responsibility for health, safety, environment, quality, and energy (HSEQ) and act as the site’s point of contact for these topics.
  • •Advise and support functions in implementing HSEQ requirements and legal obligations.
  • •Steer and develop the HSEQ organization, including responsible roles, emergency management, and accident prevention.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and conduct HSEQ trainings, audits, management reviews, and customer audits.
  • •Oversee and continually improve management systems aligned with ISO standards; analyze HSEQ KPIs and drive improvement measures and target follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a natural science field or safety engineering, or multi-year experience as plant manager or equivalent qualification.
  • •Knowledge of management system standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 15378, and ISO 50001.
  • •German and English fluent in speaking and writing.
  • •Strong initiative and independent decision-making ability, with confidence communicating at all organizational levels.
  • •Safety training as a specialist for occupational safety is an advantage.
