Job Summary

Manage day-to-day service for a defined set of commercial insurance clients, partnering with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives. Own renewal and marketing activities, including preparing renewal presentation materials and coordinating proposal review with account leadership. Build relationships with clients and carrier contacts, maintain client files and policy records, and respond to billing questions with support from Accounting. Work schedules run Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities

•Service client accounts through day-to-day client servicing with verbal and written communications.
•Manage renewal and marketing processes and prepare materials for presentations and communications.
•Prepare and send requests for proposals to applicable insurance carriers and track proposal results.
•Review proposals and carrier source documents for accuracy in collaboration with the Account Executive or Advisor/Client Executive.
•Create and maintain client files and policy records in the agency management system, including answering billing questions with Accounting support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 47,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•P&C Insurance License required.
•Associates degree (or equivalent), and BA/BS preferred.
•More than 3 years’ client service and/or industry and product line experience.
•Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
