Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather, analyze, and document business, data, and reporting requirements.
  • •Translate requirements into data mappings, functional specifications, and design artifacts.
  • •Analyze end-to-end financial data flows from source systems through subledgers and General Ledger platforms.
  • •Create and maintain source-to-target mappings, data lineage, and logical data models.
  • •Support data warehouse, reporting, governance, and modernization initiatives including reconciliation and impact/root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Financial Systems experience in banking.
  • •Deep knowledge of General Ledger (GL), journal processing/accounting events, and subledger architectures.
  • •Experience with Balance Sheet and P&L reporting, including financial data flows and reconciliation processes.
  • •Strong SQL skills for analyzing complex enterprise data models.
  • •Document requirements, data mappings, and business processes (preferred: Agile/JIRA experience).
