Job Summary

Lead the enterprise-wide PMO for a multi-year operating model transformation, directing governance, planning, and performance management across solution lines, regions, and functions. Manage and develop a team of program managers, coordinate workstreams, and oversee risk reduction, compliance, and benefits realization. Establish PMO standards, templates, and reporting (dashboards/executive packs), maintain steering forums and decision tracking, and drive continuous improvement through change enablement and adoption metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of program managers to deliver a coordinated transformation roadmap, including scope, critical path, and interdependencies.
•Facilitate identification, evaluation, prioritization, and reduction of program risks and dependencies, ensuring regulatory, compliance, and operational risks are addressed.
•Enable and maintain governance for the operating model transformation, including steering committees, approvals, and build workshops; define standards/templates/processes for planning and reporting.
•Produce high-quality program reporting (e.g., dashboards, status reports, executive packs) and manage the program calendar for steering meetings and decision tracking.
•Support change enablement and continuous improvement by coordinating pilots/rollouts, monitoring adoption/readiness metrics, and refining PMO processes using lessons learned.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of project/program management experience, with 3+ years in a PMO leadership role, preferably in management consulting.
•Hands-on experience establishing Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or Centers of Excellence (COEs), including operating model development, process transition, and governance setup.
•Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs such as operating model redesign, shared services, process re-engineering, or large-scale systems implementation.
•Experience working in a matrixed, global organization with senior executive collaborators.
•Proficiency with program and portfolio management, including planning, budgeting, resource management, and benefits management.
