Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of program managers to deliver a coordinated transformation roadmap, including scope, critical path, and interdependencies.
  • •Facilitate identification, evaluation, prioritization, and reduction of program risks and dependencies, ensuring regulatory, compliance, and operational risks are addressed.
  • •Enable and maintain governance for the operating model transformation, including steering committees, approvals, and build workshops; define standards/templates/processes for planning and reporting.
  • •Produce high-quality program reporting (e.g., dashboards, status reports, executive packs) and manage the program calendar for steering meetings and decision tracking.
  • •Support change enablement and continuous improvement by coordinating pilots/rollouts, monitoring adoption/readiness metrics, and refining PMO processes using lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of project/program management experience, with 3+ years in a PMO leadership role, preferably in management consulting.
  • •Hands-on experience establishing Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or Centers of Excellence (COEs), including operating model development, process transition, and governance setup.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs such as operating model redesign, shared services, process re-engineering, or large-scale systems implementation.
  • •Experience working in a matrixed, global organization with senior executive collaborators.
  • •Proficiency with program and portfolio management, including planning, budgeting, resource management, and benefits management.
