  • •Learn the installation process and establish rapport with customers while identifying and resolving customer issues.
  • •Maintain modality qualifications and stay current on technical advances and industry trends through training.
  • •Adopt best practices and manage schedules and availability to assist customers and teammates.
  • •Perform installation and service work plus required administrative tasks (timesheets, work orders, expense reports, field change orders, maintenance, and documentation).
  • •Safely handle work involving radiation sources and/or radioactive materials while following PPE requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment, or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
  • •Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using necessary tools and test equipment.
  • •Must be qualified and able to perform work in at least one modality; may be asked to become qualified in multiple modalities.
  • •Associate Degree in electronics (or equivalent combination of education and experience); BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
  • •Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; be able to perform field-service physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.
