Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with store leadership.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery and replenishment.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards/processes.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while supporting operations-focused directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
