Key Responsibilities

•Welcome the client with elegance and authentic listening, guiding them with expertise through the discovery of prestigious watches, from timeless classics to sought-after second-hand pieces.
•Tell the story of brands and models through engaging storytelling that highlights design, innovation and the uniqueness of each creation.
•Care for the presentation and setup of the watch area as a true showcase of excellence.
•Assist the client beyond the sale by providing impeccable post-purchase service based on trust and relationship.
•Be an ambassador of the Rocca brand, contributing with passion and proactivity to the boutique's results.

Key Requirements

•Experience in selling luxury watches (vendita assistita di orologi di lusso).
•Deep knowledge of leading watch brands and the value of second-hand models.
•Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
•Strong passion for the product, attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and customer-oriented approach; team player and goal oriented with basic Office tools knowledge.
