Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage bridge design projects and ensure BIM standards are implemented effectively.
  • •Create, manage, and coordinate bridge design models (e.g., bridges, piers, abutments, retaining walls).
  • •Coordinate with roads, utilities, geotechnical, drainage, and other disciplines to detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
  • •Support design reviews, interdisciplinary meetings, and model coordination workshops; ensure compliance with company and client standards.
  • •Provide technical support and guidance to junior modelers and engineers; support training and digital workflow adoption (parametric modeling/automation).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in Steel Structure.
  • •Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Dynamo, and AutoCAD.
  • •Bridge design using AASHTO is required.
  • •Ability to lead BIM standards implementation, coordination, and high-quality model production.
