Job Summary

Support and advise customers across Sephora departments (make-up, skincare & haircare, fragrance), sharing product knowledge, trends, and beauty news. Ensure product presentation aligns with Visual Merchandising guidelines, keep the sales floor fully stocked, and prepare products for sale. Handle storage and replenishment of goods both in the stockroom and on the sales floor, contributing to a great in-store experience.

•Actively support and advise customers across departments (make-up, skincare & haircare, fragrance).
•Share product knowledge, trends, and beauty-world news.
•Provide short services across all departments.
•Ensure product presentation follows Visual Merchandising guidelines.
•Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and manage storage and replenishment in both the backroom and on the sales floor.

Key Requirements

•Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industry.
•First experience in retail, customer advice, and interacting with customers.
•Excellent communication skills with customers.
•Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
•Fluent English or the native language of the country.
