•Monitoring of Overdue / Excesses, Account irregularity reports.
•Migrate customers to online channels and cross-sell banking products.

Key Requirements

•Experience in relationship management or client servicing in a banking/financial institution.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to analyze and manage client portfolios.
•Proactive in cross-selling banking products.
•Attention to renewal and compliance timelines.
