Senior Adversary Pursuit Engineer to lead DFIR/Threat Hunts across cloud, on-prem, and OT environments. You will architect threat hunts, develop detection strategies, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Offensive Security and SOC to improve threat visibility, detection, and response for a high-value public-private safety network.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and execution of threat hunting campaigns across multiple environments (cloud, on-prem, OT) and own parts of the threat hunt roadmap.
•Mentor and review work of junior and mid-level engineers to raise the technical baseline of the team.
•Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Product teams to plan and execute hunts, delivering data-backed recommendations for cybersecurity and architectural improvements.
•Develop and tune high-fidelity detection rules (e.g., Splunk SPL, YARA, Sigma) based on hunt findings to prevent recurrence.
•Create technical table-top exercises and ensure scenario applicability to the organization’s risk profile and real-world events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

•5+ years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in DFIR/threat hunting
•Experience with DFIR on Android IoT devices
•Extensive use of enterprise security tooling (SIEM, EDR) and development of custom tooling
•Ability to map findings to MITRE ATT&CK framework and translate findings into improvements
•Experience designing and executing threat-hunting campaigns and technical exercises
