Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of assigned customer projects from award through completion in accordance with Emerson PMO processes.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with contractual, commercial, technical, and quality requirements.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics) to ensure timely project execution.
  • •Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans, including managing project changes and variation orders.
  • •Conduct customer kick-offs, progress reviews, inspections, and closeout activities; track project KPIs and maintain accurate project documentation and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing, EPC, flow control, valves, instrumentation, or related industries.
  • •Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams.
  • •Knowledge of project financial management and change order/variation order management.
  • •Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
