Manage workers’ compensation multi-party, commercial-line litigated claims of moderate to high exposure across assigned authority limits, driving timely resolution and customer-centric service. Document and update claims files, assess compensability and coverage, establish case strategy, set and review reserves, calculate damages, and negotiate settlements.
