Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain cloud-native machine learning analytics platforms, including services to deploy data ingestion pipelines and ML models on Kubernetes.
  • •Create data policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure analytics data is available and supports business outcomes.
  • •Develop and enhance data and analytics solutions to improve Vistra data architecture, and recommend new data management processes.
  • •Partner with vendors and internal teams to define analytics needs, translating them into functional requirements and updating/creating documentation.
  • •Participate in analytics projects and Agile teams by recommending and implementing changes that mitigate risks and optimize platform performance.

Key Requirements

  • •0+ years of professional experience in a technology or business field.
  • •2+ years of experience in an SRE/Operations/DevOps role as part of a team.
  • •3+ years of hands-on AWS experience and Kubernetes expertise (EKS preferred).
  • •Experience writing and maintaining Helm charts, plus running ML stack workloads on Kubernetes (including Airflow, data pipelines, and REST APIs).
  • •2+ years of hands-on Python experience; ability to support cloud native DevSecOps on AWS and analyze code for security vulnerabilities.
