Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, presentation-ready retail environment
  • •Manage store inventory: receive shipments, stock product, run cycle counts, and escalate discrepancies or shortages
  • •Provide customer service by helping with product selection, answering questions, and processing sales accurately through the POS system
  • •Maintain visual merchandising standards including restocking displays, rotating product, executing planograms, and brand-immersive setups
  • •Support merchandise needs for company events, launches, activations, and required reporting and maintenance/facilities requests

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •1+ years of experience in retail, merchandise, inventory, or customer-facing operations

  • •Ability to carry large, heavy items unassisted (up to 25lbs) and stand 8-12 hours a day
