Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end product lifecycle management for Personal Productivity AI tooling (e.g., Copilot, enterprise AI assistants) aligned to enterprise priorities.
  • •Drive discovery and innovation through personas, competitive analysis, and identification of new opportunities.
  • •Support product planning with forecasting, requirements definition, and success metrics.
  • •Conduct risk analysis and maintain risk assessments aligned to governance frameworks and controls.
  • •Track product KPIs (adoption, satisfaction, performance), run post-launch audits, and monitor financial performance to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating a business enablement product in a technical product environment.
  • •Strong understanding of the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents) and enterprise deployment/use cases.
  • •Knowledge of AI-powered personal productivity workflows (workflow automation, knowledge grounding, prompts, agent orchestration, collaboration enablement).
  • •Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (e.g., data protection, access controls, model risk, audit requirements) for Copilot/enterprise AI tools.
  • •Experience with product lifecycle management (roadmap, launch execution, post-launch optimization) and metrics such as usage telemetry, adoption, ROI/OKRs, and value realization.
