Key Responsibilities

•Supervise heavy highway construction contracts by planning, scheduling, directing, and coordinating assigned project activities.
•Ensure safety compliance, manage contract requirements, and maintain quality control plans and company quality standards.
•Develop and communicate project schedules; oversee daily progress and documentation for all work items and subcontractors.
•Manage daily reporting, time/materials records, quantity reconciliation, and accurate, timely payments.
•Oversee project P&L, analyze daily job cost and weekly trend reports, place orders for materials/equipment, and support estimating and bidding.

Key Requirements

•Ensure safety compliance for crews, subcontractors, and the public and adhere to company, contract, state, and federal safety standards (including MUTCD and OSHA).
•Supervise and coordinate all workers on projects, including subcontractors and vendors.
•Develop and communicate project schedules to customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
•Ensure quality control plans and company quality standards are met.
•5+ years of heavy highway construction supervision (MassDOT experience preferred) and high school diploma required (bachelor’s in construction management preferred).
