Job Summary

Manage assigned EMOs and partner with project teams to deliver consistent compliance for NPD/EPD. Lead or monitor project and process risk, run quality activities such as DATP, Gauge R&R, FMEAs, control plans, trial runs, and technical agreements, and support existing product rollouts and change control. Drive continuous monitoring and improvement using defect rates, SPC charts, KPIs, complaint handling, and risk-based QMS audits with CAPA follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage assigned EMOs and collaborate with project teams to achieve consistent compliance in NPD/EPD.
•Participate in project meetings and lead/monitor project and process risk to keep risk within acceptable levels.
•Lead or participate in quality activities including DATP, Gauge R&R, FMEAs, control plans, trial runs, PATP, GFS, and CoA.
•Prepare and execute relevant documents acknowledged by EMOs, including Technical Agreement, Technical documents, and Quality Agreement.
•Drive continuous monitoring and improvement via defect rates, SPC charts, KPIs, complaint management, change control, and risk-based QMS audits with CAPA follow-up.
