Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end Mesh experience across the consumer app and merchant surfaces, including first impressions, error recovery, and support handoffs.
  • •Solve design’s hardest problems hands-on, defining mental models across merchant types and standardizing vs. customizing flows.
  • •Lead the design team: manage, coach, grow designers, and hire as the team scales.
  • •Set the bar for design talent at Mesh and build a team that can hold that standard.
  • •Represent design at the exec level with evidence-backed positions and help shape roadmap and customer decisions; evolve design workflows for the AI era.
