Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the procurement intelligence and operations team by setting priorities, ownership, accountability, and development opportunities.
  • •Own platform strategy and governance for Zip, Navan, and Brex, including end-to-end policies, processes, and controls across procurement, T&E, and corporate cards.
  • •Redesign procurement and spend workflows using an AI-first approach to reduce manual effort, increase capacity, and strengthen controls with appropriate human oversight.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to improve procurement intake and routing, translate business needs into process and system requirements, and resolve ambiguous cross-functional issues.
  • •Track and act on operational outcomes (cycle time, volume, service levels, adoption, compliance, and employee experience) while driving issue resolution and structured program execution.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7+ years of experience in procurement, procurement operations, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, finance operations, or related functions
  • •People leadership experience managing a team of 5+, with a track record of accountability and developing talent
  • •Strong source-to-pay and procure-to-pay knowledge, including policies, controls, and operational best practices end to end
  • •People leadership and operational rigor to manage multiple concurrent programs in an ambiguous environment
  • •Experience owning procurement, travel, expense, corporate card, or spend-management programs and systems at a global organization; Zip/Navan/Brex experience strongly preferred
