Job Summary

Provide legal counsel to Visa’s Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) Product Legal Team, advising on commercial, product, regulatory, privacy, and IP matters to support business objectives. Lead review of product-related marketing and communications materials, manage regulatory impact analysis, and draft, review, negotiate, and advise on contracts including pilot agreements. Partner globally with business stakeholders and provide training while coordinating outside counsel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide legal advice to Visa’s CMS team across commercial, product, regulatory, privacy, and IP matters.
•Develop a thorough understanding of the payments industry and Visa products to inform strategic decisions.
•Lead review of product-related marketing materials, public relations, and corporate communications.
•Manage regulatory support and assess how regulatory shifts may impact Visa and partners.
•Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on contracts (including pilot agreements) and help train business teams on legal issues, processes, and policies.

Key Requirements

•Qualified lawyer in England & Wales (other jurisdictions considered).
•Previous experience working within a regulated business.
•Demonstrable experience at a recognized law firm and/or in-house environment.
•Strong academics and training, including legal drafting/negotiating and relationship management.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
