Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CRO and revenue leadership on strategy, initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • •Run CRO leadership operations including weekly executive staff meetings, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles.
  • •Lead goal-setting and tracking across the global revenue organization.
  • •Triage escalations and drive cross-functional resolution of complex business blockers and time-sensitive customer issues.
  • •Serve as CRO proxy by reviewing account plans, preparing briefing materials, and managing key customer and partner meetings with agendas and follow-ups.

  • •8-12 years of progressive experience in strategic roles such as chief of staff, top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or revenue operations leadership at high-growth technology companies.
  • •Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and delivering results in matrixed organizations.
  • •Executive presence and confidence managing conversations with Board members, C-Suite, and senior leaders.
  • •Strong analytics and reporting skills, translating data into actionable insights for decision-making.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
