Lead the collections portfolio for the assigned region by designing and executing telecalling strategies, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and KPIs. Drive process improvements, optimize recovery of delinquencies, and deliver superior client experience through data-driven decisions and team leadership. Manage compliance, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment while developing segmentation and treatment strategies to reduce defaults.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the portfolio by strategizing and driving collections for the assigned region.
•Set up and manage tele-calling for the product; control roll rates and recovery of overdue from the delinquent pool; control bucket-wise delinquencies.
•Drive compliance to collection processes and adherence to KPI; achieve higher resolution rates across buckets.
•Develop and execute collection strategies aligned with exposure and delays; continuously improve collections processes for efficiency.
•Design and implement compliance & controls for the collections unit per regulatory guidelines; monitor delinquent portfolio daily and adjust location-level strategy.

Key Requirements

•MBA/Graduate and above with at least 10 years of experience in collections.
•Experience in New Age NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech is mandatory.
•Decision making, work under pressure, and effective communication.
•Thorough understanding of all bucket collections.
•Deep knowledge of collections SOPs and regulatory guidelines; able to drive compliance and controls.
