Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead teams of technicians and subcontractors daily by motivating, delegating work, and ensuring targets are achieved according to scheduling, health, safety, and quality requirements.
  • •Responsible for day-to-day supervision and monitoring of mechanical activities on the workshop and ongoing work.
  • •Supervise and coordinate teams and subcontractors to complete tasks on time and safely to required standards.
  • •Perform daily checks on plant and equipment to ensure optimum efficiency, and manage breakdowns, corrective actions, and countermeasures.
  • •Maintain health and safety systems (risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks) and complete project documentation and reports accurately.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a High School Diploma.
  • •Have 3+ years of experience in mechanical activities such as assembly pipes, equipment, welding, and testing.
  • •Have knowledge of packaging manufacturing operations.
  • •Demonstrate excellent HSE knowledge and standards, including the ability to work safely in time-critical production environments.
  • •Be fully flexible regarding working hours, days, and weekends, and be proficient in English.
