Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a technical lead for eCommunication, trade, and employee ethics surveillance platforms, supporting enterprise compliance and regulatory obligations.
  • •Partner with compliance technology and engineering stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements and lead scalable, secure solution architecture aligned to enterprise standards.
  • •Evaluate and implement AI/ML capabilities for detection, monitoring, alert generation, risk scoring, and investigative workflows, including governance and explainability.
  • •Lead integrations across surveillance platforms and compliance technology providers, defining integration requirements, troubleshooting implementations, and setting technical standards for connectivity and data exchange.
  • •Lead delivery from concept to production, maintaining roadmaps and documentation, supporting governance and audit activities, and mentoring engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering, integration, or solution architecture experience.
  • •Experience supporting compliance, regulatory, surveillance, AML, conduct risk, trade monitoring, or communications monitoring platforms.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating compliance platforms such as Global Relay, TradingHub, ACA, Smarsh, NICE Actimize, Behavox, or similar technologies.
