Provide entry-level technical support for Data Centre technologies, call centre routing, and networking (Cisco/Juniper) while diagnosing, troubleshooting, and remotely assisting clients. You’ll work with IT infrastructure components such as storage, backup, computing, and server virtualization, in a Mumbai/Pune-based environment, collaborating with network and data centre teams to ensure uptime.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support to clients for call centre routing technologies, VOIP technologies, security/firewalls, and core IT infrastructure.
•Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across data centre technologies, storage, backup, computing, and server virtualization.
•Assist remotely with data centre-related tasks, configurations, and incident resolution.
•Collaborate with network and data centre teams to implement solutions and improve system reliability.
•Document issues, resolutions, and customer communications to ensure knowledge transfer and future incident prevention.

Key Requirements

•Entry-level experience in call centre routing technologies, voice over IP technologies, security/firewalls, networking (routing, switching, distribution, core and access layers) and IT infrastructure (storage, backup, computing, server virtualization, etc.).
•Entry-level experience in technical support to clients.

•Entry-level experience providing remote support in data centre technologies.
•Entry-level experience in relevant technology.
