Job Summary

Drive go-to-market for new online platform verticals by partnering with the global Product team to define pain points, features, and positioning. Own marketplace commercial strategy across pricing, legal contract, and partnership models, secure the first marketplace partner, and manage stakeholder and technical discovery. After launch, codify wins and build the sales motion to scale and dominate the marketplace vertical.

Key Responsibilities

•Co-create marketplace GTM with the global Product team by defining pain points, features, and positioning needed to win.
•Design marketplace commercial strategy covering pricing, positioning, legal contract, and partnership models.
•Lead efforts to secure the first marketplace partner, managing stakeholder requirements and technical discovery.
•Document the launch “win” and build the sales motion to scale and dominate the marketplace vertical.
•Manage the ambiguity of building and scaling a new commercial vertical rather than maintaining an existing one.

Salary: SGD 21,300 - 31,850 monthly

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally in fintech, payments, or SaaS, with a track record of hitting aggressive targets.
•Ability to run discovery calls and workshops with regional marketplace partners to kick-start GTM.
•Experience shaping marketplace commercial strategy including pricing, positioning, legal contract, and partnership models.
•Strong technical and strategic fluency, including discussing API integration and marketplace economics such as LTV/CAC.
•Capability to navigate regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements while partnering with compliance and risk teams.
