Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day execution of optimization programmes, including requirements gathering, documentation, problem solving, and data analysis.
  • •Lead optimization projects to improve digital channel experience and sales, tracking performance against KPIs such as traffic and conversion.
  • •Ensure optimization activity is based on User Concept Design principles and is scoped, designed, developed, deployed, and measured with required resources.
  • •Create actionable, timely analytics reports with insights and recommendations to help digital channel/product owners prioritize optimization strategies for revenue and business growth.
  • •Identify gaps in data capture and solution capability/enhancements with the digital banking infrastructure team, IT, and external vendors; support coaching on optimization analysis and web analytics techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a relevant field with 3-5 years’ experience in digital experience optimization, digital banking, analytics, technology, or finance.
  • •Hands-on experience using mainstream analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and Optimizely.
  • •Strong Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau) to build custom reports and dashboards.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills to understand complex business dynamics.
  • •Proficiency in English and Chinese with Putonghua preferred, plus strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
