Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business partners, stakeholders, and technical teams to design and implement robust solutions for VA needs.
  • •Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle (Discovery, Requirements, Analysis) and elicit/document business requirements through interviews and facilitated sessions.
  • •Translate business needs into Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in Jira.
  • •Define end-to-end workflows for eligibility determination, claims, and appeals processes, and align requirements with system design and integration patterns.
  • •Support data mapping, interface design, integration requirements, and UAT/validation/defect triage; develop artifacts such as process diagrams and data flows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master's in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering/technical discipline, plus 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Solution Analyst in enterprise environments (additional experience may substitute for degree).
  • •Strong experience with Agile/SAFe methodology and Jira.
  • •Ability to write clear, testable, traceable requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • •Experience with system integrations and data-driven applications, including understanding end-to-end system architecture and data flows across VA systems.
  • •Ability to lead trade-off analysis and contribute to high-level solution design and integration strategy (plus ability to obtain/maintain VA Suitability/Public Trust clearance).
