Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
  • •Perform routine documented assembly tasks including hand soldering, operating equipment, applying coatings/solvents/potting compounds, and making repairs on standard assemblies.
  • •Complete routine documented testing/calibration, inspect/verify out-of-box quality (OBQ), and package finished product.
  • •Perform workstation support activities: equipment setup, tools/equipment operation, identifying damaged/missing tools, and daily organization/cleanup.
  • •Verify part quality and take appropriate action using Statistical Process Control techniques; recommend and participate in manufacturing procedure reviews.
