Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive ASIC ATE test bring-up in Silicon Operations by partnering with the ASIC team to bring up tests, characterize units, and release the test program to production.
  • •Support pattern generation and debugging, and identify gaps in test coverage to improve overall test effectiveness.
  • •Design and implement new tests to increase coverage for production manufacturing.
  • •Manage OSAT production test activities for high-volume manufacturing, including quality and failure triage.
  • •Collaborate with ASIC design teams and Cisco NPI teams to ensure smooth test bring-up and resolution of test-related issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •4+ years’ experience in SOC/VLSI bring-up, production, characterization, and test engineering.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Advantest 93000 tester (Smartest 7 and 8) or other ATE testers for characterization and production testing.
  • •Strong coding skills in C, C++, Java, PERL, and Python for test development (including 93k test methods).
  • •Experience with yield improvement and test time reduction activities.
