Fulfillment Team Lead

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations for a fast-growing last-mile logistics business, overseeing receiving, storage, staging, palletizing, crating, and dispatch. Supervise and mentor warehouse associates, train new hires, assign work to keep productivity high, and ensure accurate inventory through stock counts and reconciliations. Track warehouse performance metrics, enforce safety and 5S standards, and coordinate with procurement, account management, and customer service to resolve issues.
