Job Summary

Lead a divisional team of Relationship Managers and Trust Associates supporting CLO Trust and Custody operations. Oversee CLO Compliance reporting, client deliverables for leverage facilities and custody transactions, and the review/escalation of risks and trust/transaction conditions. Manage relationship pipeline and service performance, analyze market data to recommend products, and partner with Business Development Officers to grow new corporate trust business. May require up to 25% travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead relationship and trust support for CLO Trust and Custody teams, administering the CLO Compliance reporting lifecycle and client deliverables for leverage facilities and custody transactions.
•Review and oversee work from Relationship Managers, including presentations, periodic risk reviews, action plans, and monitoring/reporting on trust and transaction conditions.
•Supervise relationship management activities such as pipeline review, team capacity evaluations, and opportunity fit assessments; prepare management reports with Key Risk Indicators and mitigation strategies.
•Oversee processing of client deliverables to validate transactions align with agreements, customer needs, and bank policies; support internal administration policy/process improvement projects.
•Conduct market research to recommend products and services, engage in business development, and represent the bank in community and reinvestment functions to grow business.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of related experience.
•Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Masters or MBA preferred.
•Previous leadership experience required.

•Advanced knowledge of regulatory/legal compliance and investor statement, portfolio compliance reporting, bondholder paying calculations, and payment remittance.
