Human Resources Supervisor

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and employment programs at Marshville location. The role includes supervising staff, directing onboarding and training, coordinating affirmative action and employee relations efforts, and ensuring alignment with corporate HR programs. Must be willing to work on 2nd shift and contribute to budget planning for personnel operations.
