Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify business pain points and improvement opportunities using operational data analysis and KPI monitoring.
  • •Initiate and implement process innovation strategies, redesigning systems to meet new SCM operation standards.
  • •Develop processes and tools to improve supply chain operations and address critical demand/supply issues to support solid decision-making.
  • •Lead and follow up cross-functional improvement projects, including HQ initiatives (e.g., Next SCM Launching).
  • •Act as the Korean language bridge by preparing written reports and providing verbal updates in Korean for HQ/RHQ alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum five years of experience in process improvement, preferably in Process Innovation, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Logistics.
  • •At least one year of experience supporting senior/executive-level decision-making and proactively addressing stakeholder requirements.
  • •Experience designing new processes and improving existing ones to meet changing business needs.
  • •Strong verbal and written Korean skills (Word/PPT) plus ability to facilitate workshops and drive consensus.
