Job Summary

Lead and manage the organisation's Common Data Environment (CDE) across UK projects, implementing CDE standards, training users, and ensuring QA/QC of project information. Serve as regional CDE expert, producing usage reports, and liaising with project teams and clients to optimise data management and compliance with ISO19650, GDPR, and other standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and operate the organisation’s CDE; set up project standards and create how-to guides; manage day-to-day CDE administration (invitations and workflow updates)
•Provide training to internal and external project members on CDE systems and protocols; act as regional CDE expert and produce usage reports
•Liaise with DCs and project teams to provide feedback and reports to management; collaborate to optimise CDE usage and share best practices
•Manage incoming datasets for clients; ensure QA/QC procedures are followed and project documentation is controlled across multiple projects
•Maintain project forms (RFIs, correspondences, site submittals) and support digital security measures to protect sensitive information; monitor deliverables against MIDPs and report accordingly

Key Requirements

•3+ years in information management
•Extensive experience with CDE (CDE Superuser)
•Proficient in MS Office packages (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access), Autodesk Forma, Aconex; basic understanding of AutoCAD/Revit including PowerApps workflows
•Understanding of ISO19650, GDPR, and related industry standards
•Bachelor-level Information Profession qualification or equivalent with GKIM Professional Skills Framework experience
