Key Responsibilities

  • •Call, follow up, and schedule appointments for customers to appraise and purchase used vehicles.
  • •Use CRM for prospecting and lead generation and interface with vehicle owners from scheduled appointments/service drives.
  • •Approach, greet, and engage dealership customers to appraise and make purchase offers.
  • •Appraise used vehicles by asking questions, taking photos, and entering vehicle data into Sonic’s automated inventory management system.
  • •Review monthly purchase goals with management and coordinate offers with Sales Managers, including introducing guests to the sales department after purchase.

Key Requirements
